Boats Of Berlin is a folk pop band based out of Sydney, Australia.
The band formed in 2010 when school-friends Tim Burnett, Max Connors and Gene Shorter begun writing music with Max’s two neighbourhood friends Ben Baltins and Timmy Jennings. The five friends self-recorded a series of demos before trips to Europe and Sri Lanka created a temporary hiatus. The band resumed live shows and writing early in 2011 and have just finished recording their first six track EP, which they plan to release on 10” Vinyl before the end of the year.
